The Foreigner
Audition Notice
May 6-15, 2011 Written by Larry Shue. Charlie, painfully shy, socially awkward Englishman, agrees to accompany his friend, Froggy, to a Georgia fishing lodge while Froggy conducts his annual demolition class at a nearby army base. To protect his super shy friend from unwanted social interaction, Froggy passes Charlie off as a foreigner who neither speaks nor understands English. Because of this, people feel no need to censor their conversations in front of him and so, Charlie’s disguise exposes everybody’s peccadilloes. The Foreigner is a comic gem and with an unforgettable cast of zany characters offering a tantalizing invitation to sit back, relax, and heartily laugh at the foolishness of life.
Auditions: Monday, March 21 or Tuesday, March 22, 2011, 7:00 p.m.
Callbacks will be Wednesday, March 23 at 7:00 p.m.
Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script

For the first cast meeting:
- All headshot photos will be taken

- Bring Media Release Form (filled out)
- If you would like to purchase a show shirt, please bring T-Shirt Order Form and $10.00 ($12.00 for XL and up)
- Parking passes will be handed out
