Seuss is back by popular demand! Summer Stages teaches acting basics, musical theatre song and dance and gives students an opportunity to present an informal performance for their parents and friends on the final day of the workshop.

To equp the passionate Musical Theatre Performer with a technical foundation of classical training; to increase core strength and flexibility; to improve posture, alignment, and balance; to aid in the coordination and fluid execution of standard movement sequences; to promote the discovery of how to apply technique gained in class to dance to rehearsal and performance. ADVANCED TECHNICAL THEATRE CAMP

A continuation for students who participated in last summer’s Introduction to Technical Theatre camp. Students enrolled in this year’s Advanced Technical Theatre camp will not only continue to enrich their understanding of technical workings of the theatre, but they will also help to design and create sets, costumes, and props for the SLT Summer Institute production of Joseph and The Amazing Tecnicolor Dreamcoat, as well as assume crew responsibilities for the show.
