Refunds & Return Policies

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS ON ANY OF OUR TICKET SALES.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges must be made 24 hours prior to performance time.

The box office will charge a $1.00 per seat exchange fee to exchange to a different performance.  The exchange fee is due at the time the tickets are reserved.

Absolutely NO exchanges will be made within 24 hours of the tickets performance time or after the date of the performance.

Exchanges must be made for the same show.

There are no refunds given on purchased tickets or season tickets.

 

Season Ticket Vouchers:

Season ticket holders will need to mail 1 voucher per ticket within 3 business days with the confirmation number on the voucher.  Tickets will be mailed back ONLY if a self addressed stamped envelope is included with the vouchers.  Otherwise, tickets will be held in will call.

All season tickets will be released if the box office does not receive vouchers 30 minutes prior to show time.
