Peggy, the family matriarch, hits her head and bleeds to death in a seedy motel room after tripping over her young paramour’s wooden legs. Seriously! Total chaos erupts in Winters, Texas as the family arrives for the funeral. The ensuing scandal exposes the sordid lives of Peggy’s friends and family and although the entire bunch may be nuts, there’s a sweetness underneath the hard surface. A slam-dunk of a comedy complete with big hair, big hearts, and big laughs.
