Mix a Hitchcock masterpiece with a juicy spy novel, add a dash of Monty Python, and you have this fast-paced, whodunit comedy. When bored Londoner Richard Hannay gets swept up in a deadly international espionage plot, he finds himself on the run across the Scottish moors, pursued by police and sinister spies alike, all while trying to clear his name and save the nation.
With a small cast playing more than 150 characters, THE 39 STEPS is an inventive, laugh-out-loud theatrical adventure that pays loving tribute to the golden age of suspense.
