We are proud to facilitate numerous youth performance troupe ensembles featuring students in grades 2-12. In addition to performing at the historic Landers Theatre, our troupers mentor young children in our educational programs, act as leaders in multiple areas of school and community, and entertain at our special events and at special events in the community.
Our troupers would love to entertain at your next event – large or small – and can custom-design the right experience for you whether your event is corporate, private, or community-based. Our troupers are multi-talented and often face paint, provide photo booths, appear as costumed characters, serve as energetic and respectful volunteers, and more!
To book these groups, please contact our Education Department at (417) 413-ACTS.
Youth Performance Troupe Auditions are held annually and each ensemble works together for the entirety of our season. Troupe involvement offers a stimulating and fast-paced rehearsal environment, a sense of belonging, an investment in the community, discounts on our classes, internship opportunities, and college/career guidance from our caring and experienced staff.
Troupers are instilled with a lifelong love for the arts and learn the value of accountability, discipline, teamwork, kindness, hard work, and play. These attributes will serve them well in any of their future endeavors whether theatre-related or not. For the serious student aspiring for a career in theatre, our troupes function as a formal training program, a springboard, a home base, and a support network. Our troupers are our heartbeat and ambassadors.
