There's a Place For You Here

For more than 90 seasons, volunteers have been at the heart of Springfield Little Theatre.

Each year, more than 700 people give their time and talents to bring our productions, programs, and events to life. They build and paint scenery, sew costumes, run lights and sound, move scenery backstage, welcome audiences through our doors, and lend a hand wherever one is needed.

Some arrive with years of experience. Many start with none at all.

Whether you have a special skill to share, want to learn something new, or simply want to become part of the community that makes Springfield Little Theatre possible, there is a place for you here.

“Volunteering for Springfield Little Theatre is more than just helping out. It feels more like going to our home to be with family.”
— Blanca Mallonee, Volunteer
