* NOTE: Frozen, JR. tickets are not included in any ticket package and must be purchased in addition to any package you purchase. However, all Patron Members and Flex Pass Package holders can purchase these tickets before they go on sale to the general public. Tickets can be ordered online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by clicking here. Processing fees apply on each ticket when purchasing online. At time of purchase, you can choose to have your tickets e-mailed to you, held at Will Call, or mailed to you for $2.00. All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Please Note: If you are trying to purchase tickets online less than 1 hour prior to an event, please call The Landers Theatre Box Office to complete your order.
To place an order by phone
Call The Landers Theatre Box Office at (417) 869-1334 to begin your ticket order. Box Office hours are are Monday through Friday 12pm to 5pm. The Box Office is also open 2-1/2 hours prior to each performance time and remains open through intermission. Processing fees apply on each ticket purchased over the phone. At time of purchase, you can choose to have your tickets e-mailed to you, held at Will Call, or mailed to you for $2.00. All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
To purchase tickets in person
Please visit The Landers Theatre Box Office at 311 E. Walnut Street. Box Office hours are Monday through Friday 12pm to 5pm. The Box Office is also open 2-1/2 hours prior to each performance time and remains open through intermission. Processing fees apply on each ticket if paying by credit card or check – there is no per ticket fee on cash transactions. At time of purchase, you can choose to take your tickets with you or have them held at Will Call. All tickets purchases are non-refundable.
To place an order by mail
Mail your order with specific performance, date, time, price and preferred location with payment to: Springfield Little Theatre Attn: Box Office, 311 E. Walnut Street, Springfield, MO 65806. Also include your name as well as a phone number with your ticket order. Processing fees apply on each ticket if paying by credit card or check, please inquire about fees before sending your check to avoid additional charges. Please indicate how you wish to receive your tickets; via e-mail, Will Call, or mail – please include $2.00 to have tickets mailed to you. All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
To redeem Springfield Little Theatre Gift Certificates
Springfield Little Theatre Gift Certificates are valid through the expiration date listed at time of purchase. Gift Certificates may be used to purchase tickets for any performance that is on sale at the time of redemption, regardless of when the show will actually take place. Gift Certificates are only redeemable at The Landers Theatre Box Office in person. Gift Certificates are not accepted on our online store at this time. Gift Certificates are non-refundable or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen. Frequently Asked Questions
What Happens If I Lose or Forget My Tickets?
In the event that you lose or forget tickets to your performance, please call The Landers Theatre Box Office at (417) 869-1334 to request replacement tickets. Please have as much information ready to give the operator concerning your performance date, time, approximate seat location and order date. Replacement tickets will not be mailed and must be picked up at Will Call in The Landers Theatre lobby, no later than 30 prior to the performance start time.
Can I Exchange My Tickets?
Exchanges must be made within 24 hours of show date. The Box Office must receive old tickets and $1.50 per ticket exchange fee. No exchanges will be made on or after the performance date. Exchanges must be for the same show. There is no exchange fee for Patron Members or if a person is changing the date to purchase additional tickets. All exchanges are based on availability and are at the discretion of the on-duty manager. All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
How Do I Purchase Tickets For A Group?
Groups of 10 or more are eligible for a group discount for many shows at the Landers Theatre. For shows which we are unable to offer a discount, we may still be able to assist your group with seating arrangements. Visit our Group Sales page for more information on brining your group to the historic Landers Theatre.
Do You Offer Student Rush Tickets?
When possible, $10.00 tickets are available to students 30 minutes prior to performance time. Must present 1 valid school I.D. per ticket purchase. Per ticketing fees do not apply to Student Rush Tickets.
