Angela Peabody
Angela Peabody serves as Business Manager for Springfield Little Theatre, bringing to the organization years of experience in professional theatre, film, television, casting, and artist representation. Since returning to Springfield, she has been proud to make SLT part of her professional home and to contribute to the continued growth of both the historic Landers Theatre and The Judith Enyeart Reynolds School of the Performing Arts.
Before returning to the Ozarks, Angela built a career in the entertainment industry in California. Her experience included time with The Old Globe in San Diego, followed by many years in Los Angeles, where she worked in actor representation and casting for film and television. Her casting credits include OUT TO SEA, MAFIA!, I STILL KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER, LOST & FOUND, and END OF DAYS, where she worked as a casting assistant and later casting associate.
That professional background gives Angela a unique perspective within the SLT team, combining an understanding of the entertainment industry with the organization, relationships, and attention to detail necessary to keep a thriving arts organization moving forward. As Business Manager, she supports the day-to-day business of Springfield Little Theatre and serves as a resource for patrons, supporters, renters, and members of the community.
After years spent working in entertainment away from Springfield, Angela is grateful to have returned home and to put that experience to work for an organization devoted to bringing people together through live theatre and arts education.
