Jamie Bower
Jamie Bower begins his 20th season at SLT. Hailing from Columbus, Ohio, he studied Musical Theatre and Performance at the University of Montevallo near Birmingham, Alabama. He then switched degrees and later transferred to MSU to complete his BFA in Technical Theatre and Design.
Jamie handles the “Front of House” at the Landers In his Co-Technical Director role, but has directed and performed in many shows at SLT. His directorial debut was “Greater Tuna” in 2009. Some of his other directing credits include: “Miracle on 34th Street”, 4 of the “Tuna” series, “It’s a Wonderful Life”, “A Christmas Story”, “Oliver”, “To Kill a Mockingbird”, “A Streetcar Named Desire”, “Of Mice and Men”, “The 39 Steps”, and “Something Rotten”.
Some of Jamie’s acting credits include: “Miss Firecracker Contest”, “Oklahoma!”, “The Mousetrap”, “Seussical The Musical”, “Curtains”, “Big River”, “Rent”, “Spamalot”, “A Christmas Story”, and “Matilda”.
