SUMMER STAGES: Ages 4-5; 6-18

Great for new, entry-level, AND returning students.
No experience is necessary. All are welcome!

Summer Stages teaches acting basics through theatre games & improvisation, scene-work, musical theatre song & dance, and offers students an opportunity to present a free informal performance for their parents and friends the final day of the workshop.  Participants who love visual art will also have fun creating their own headshot display and scenic elements for their show!

Tuition

Ages 4-5; $110
Ages 6-18; $195

Tuition includes a snack each day and a camp t-shirt.
Additional shirts for family members can be purchased for $22.50 at the time of registration.

Students should bring a sack lunch (ages 6-18 only), a water bottle, and an awesome attitude! Additionally, students are asked to wear comfortable clothing that will not interfere with movement in any way and appropriate footwear. No open-toed shoes, please.


10% discount available when registering for multiple camps, with a sibling, or to current members of a Springfield Little Theatre Youth Performance Troupe. (Only one discount per registration)

Morning and Afternoon Care

Morning Care is available from 8:00 – 9:00 AM and Afternoon Care is available (for full day campers only) from 4:00 – 5:00 PM  to help provide a childcare solution for working parents, while offering an outlet for creativity or service.Young students enrolled in Morning or Afternoon Care have the option to play games, color, craft, watch movies, participate in STEM activities, create dances, read books, tell stories, invent plays, perform puppet theatre, or rest. Older students are offered the opportunity to perform volunteer tasks in contribution to Springfield Little Theatre operations or facilities.

Morning Care and/ Afternoon Care can be added to any camp at the time of registration. To add Morning Care/ Afternoon Care to an existing registration call 417-413-2287.
