REFIT is about making positive changes with an encouraging community and an empowering workout. Fitness should change more than your body, which is why REFIT is a powerful, positive workout that changes you from the inside out. “It’s a cardio-dance exercise program. It’s for everybody. It doesn’t matter your age, your size, your level of activity. It’s not about perfection, it’s about participation.”

Thank you to everyone who came out to audition. We were blown away by your talent and we wish we were able to use every one of you. This was a very difficult decision to make and many determining factors came into creating the final cast list. If you were not cast in this production, please continue to audition for future shows at SLT. We are fortunate to have such incredible talent in our community.
Each year, Springfield Mayor Ken McClure is honored to kick off the holiday season by officially lighting the “Mayor’s Tree” in Park Central Square. This tradition has grown tremendously over the past few years, morphing from primarily a children’s event to one which captures the attention of the entire community and draws spectators from around the region.
