Beth Domann, Executive Director

Beth was active in “Youth Players” as a teenager before attending Stephens College where she earned a BFA in Theatre. She worked professionally as an actress and stand-up comic in Dallas and throughout the Midwest for a number of years before returning to the Ozarks where she won SLT’s “Funniest Person in Springfield” contest. Beth served as Education Director for a number of years while continuing to be a frequent performer on the Landers stage. She’s been seen in such shows as Peter Pan, Gypsy, Nunsense, The Boys Next Door and A Tuna Christmas just to name a few. Beth has directed numerous production including Beauty and the Beast, The Wizard of Oz, I Hate Hamlet, Cinderella and The Full Monty.
Lorianne Dunn, Education Director

Lorianne’s SLT credits include directing and choreographing Seussical, Aladdin Junior, Once On This Island, Oklahoma!, Joseph and the Amazing Techinicolor Dreamcoat, and Damn Yankees, and choreographing The Full Monty, Cinderella, Godspell, Beauty and The Beast, The Wizard of Oz, Annie, Fiddler on the Roof, Peter Pan, and Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, to name a few! She holds a BFA in Dance Performance from MSU, has trained with New York City Ballet School, and her choreography has won national recognition including a Dance Magazine Award Nomination for Choreographer of the Year. She currently over sees SLT’s many educational offerings and pre-professional training troupes.
Annie Carlyn, Community Relations Director

Annie grew up in Pittsburgh, PA, went to undergraduate school in Elmira, NY and graduate school in Kent, OH. With a minor in theatre (her first love) and a major in speech pathology (her solution to the employment issue), Annie worked in the public schools, a state school for developmentally delayed children, and a diagnostic clinic for multiply handicapped children before co-founding a special education materials publishing company. She became involved again in theatre as a back-stage volunteer at The Landers and was asked to join the staff eight years ago.
Kim Garwitz, Director of Development & Marketing

Kim joined the staff of Springfield Little Theatre in May of 2009 as the Director of Development and began her Marketing duties as of February 1, 2010. Kim received her B.A. in Theatre from Truman State University in May 2004. Following a theatre management internship with Playhouse on the Square in Memphis, TN, Kim moved back to Springfield to work in the non-profit world. Kim worked for the American Cancer Society as a Community Manager of Development coordinating Relay For Life events for 3 ½ years and was responsible for an annual fundraising goal of over $500,000. In her role as Director of Development & Marketing, Kim works towards securing underwriting and sponsorship for productions, cultivating individual donors, promoting the Landers, and planning and promoting special events. Kim is an active member in the Ozarks chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, The Network, Rotaract, and is a Chamber Ambassador.
John R. “Chuck” Rogers, Designer/Technical Director

Chuck is proud to be a part of the Landers Family as resident scenic designer and c0-technical director. He works with design aspects for many performance organizations and community sponsored events including the Springfield Ballet, Springfield Regional Opera, Ozarks Technical Community College, and The Creamery Arts Center. He has designed for public television, shows in Branson, MO, and spent 4 seasons with Baton Rouge Little Theatre in Louisiana as production manager, designer and director. Chuck is a graduate of MSU with a masters degree in directing and the season will direct The Music Man and The Buddy Holly Story for SLT. Thanks SLT for 20 fantastic years.
Jamie Bower, Designer/Technical Director

Jamie is beginning his 7th season as Technical Director and Lighting Designer at SLT. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Jamie attended the University of Montevallo in Birmingham, AL where he studied Theatre Performance and Technical Theatre. Jamie transferred to MSU and graduated 1999 with a BFA in Technical Theatre and Design. Occasionally Jamie has made his way back on stage in such show as The Man Who Came To Dinner, It’s A Wonderful Life, Miss Firecracker Contest, Oklahoma, The Mousetrap, and Seussical. Jamie loves having the opportunity to work and perform with the awesome and talented volunteers in our community, as well as working in such a beautiful setting, The Landers Theatre.
Stephanie Judkins, Costumes Designer

Stephanie attended MSU on a music and musical theatre scholarship, and for the past seven years has been working and living in New York, NY. Since her return she has been teaching classes and working with the SLT youth performance troupes. Landers audiences most recently enjoyed her as Gertrude McFuzz in Seussical the Musical. This past year, Stephanie discovered a love and talent for costuming. Her design credits include Disney’s Jungle Book Kids, Babes in Toyland, The King and I and Pinocchio. In her role as Costume Designer, Stephanie also oversees the rental of SLT’s costumes.
Karen Richter, Box Office Manager/Volunteer Coordinator

Karen grew up in St. Louis and theatre was always a important part of her life. She attended many performances at the Fox and the Muny. After moving to Springfield to return to college and finish her degree, she attended a performance of Beauty and the Beast at the Landers and quickly caught on to the excitement that the theatre brought to the people of the Ozarks. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Missouri State in 2006 and will begin working on her master in Marketing in the Fall. Karen is excited to be part of such a wonderful team and strives to provide the best customer service possible to the more than 50,000 annual visitors to the Landers Theatre
Andy Willadsen, Assistant Education Director

Andy is the newest addition to the Springfield Little Theatre staff. Andy has been active in Springfield Little Theatre for several years. He first performed on the Landers Stage in Godspell Junior, and has since appeared in Charlotte’s Web, Once On This Island, Cinderella, Seussical, and Narnia to name a few. For the past two years, he has been a part of the Troupe Staff, and prior to that taught several classes and workshops at the theatre. One of his favorite jobs has been directing Jungle Book Kids which was part of the Summer Institute Program. He earned his degree in Speech and Theatre Education from Missouri State University, and is a certified teacher. When not at the theatre, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and is also active in his church.
